Extra dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) solution for injection for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose received on 17-OCT-2022) and Shingrix (second dose received on 28-DEC-2022). On 12-FEB-2026, the patient received the 3rd dose of Shingrix. On 12-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: Extra dose administered).
