Symptom narrative

Patient reported arm pain and a bad pain in his head above his left ear right after getting the vaccine on 4/10/26. This was also accompanied by dizziness. This all continued until 5/26/26 when the pain stopped, but then he developed complete hearing loss in his left ear and dizziness remained along with tinnitus.

CT 4/27/26; Emergency Room Visit 5/27/26; ENT visit 5/28/26; Hearing specialist evaluation 5/29/26; Lyme Disease test 6/1/26; MRI on 6/5/26---all testing has been negative for determining a cause of complete hearing loss
