Symptom narrative

now scheduled for their second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) solution for injection for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in 2022). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: now scheduled for their second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 04-JUN-2026 The pharmacist could not provide the patient details or exact date of the administration of the first Shingrix dose.
