Administration after Below temperature excursion; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 35-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) solution for injection (batch number TL74Y) for prophylaxis. On 14-MAY-2026, the patient received Shingrix. On 14-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Administration after Below temperature excursion). Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 04-JUN-2026 The reporter mentioned that on 11-MAY-2026 Boostrix, Engerix-B, Havrix, Menveo (1 vial) and Shingrix (PFS) vaccines were exposed with a minimum temperature of 30-degree F for 2 hours. 19 patients had received the vaccines after the excursion and asked if the patients needed to be revaccinated. This was report 4/19. The patient received Shingrix on 14-May-2026.
