Symptom narrative

Patient received pneumococcal vaccine in the office on Tuesday, approximately 6 hours later noted redness, tenderness, warmth. Symptoms persisted and worsened to today, and she called and was seen as a same-day visit. Reports redness was "the size of a mosquito bite" yesterday, now significantly larger. Increased tenderness and warmth, difficulty lifting arm in normal ROM. Increased body aches and fatigue beyond normal fibro symptoms.
