Symptom narrative

Patient had a reaction to an epidural a couple of weeks prior to the second Shingrix dose. The patient states that after the second Shingrix dose, they experienced reactions similar to the epidural reaction and have been ?sick? ever since. The patient is complaining of severe nausea, diarrhea, gastrointestinal complications, and a low-grade fever. The patient was counseled on the usual side effects of vaccines. The patient would like us to report to one system and to VAERS.
