Symptom narrative

after receiving the first vaccination, the patient experience 7 days of extreme soreness in the vaccinated arm. it resolved. after the 2nd vaccination of the shingrix vaccine (pre-filled syringe) she experience 2-3 days of soreness but also developed a painful itchy rash that started at the injection site and ran down the back of her arm approximately 5-7 inches. she said after a week it finally resolved on its on.
