early dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 60-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) solution for injection (batch number TL74Y) for prophylaxis. Additional patient notes included patient other products and other conditions were unknown. Concomitant products included VARICELLA ZOSTER VACCINE RGE (CHO) (SHINGRIX). On 04-JUN-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 04-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: early dose). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 08-JUN-2026 The patient received second dose a few weeks earlier than two months. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
