Symptom narrative

5 minutes after patient received the vaccines, patient felt lightheaded and sat down on chair in the lobby. He stood up and fainted on the ground. Staff members report seeing his eyes roll back then falling to the floor and had body convulsions for about 40 seconds. Patient was alert and oriented x3 after he woke up. He stated he was out in the sun all day prior to coming into the clinic.
