Administration after below temperature excursion; 45 years old patient received Shingrix; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 45-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number TL74Y) for prophylaxis. On 18-MAY-2026, the patient received Shingrix. On 18-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: 45 years old patient received Shingrix). On an unknown date, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Administration after below temperature excursion).The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug and inappropriate age at vaccine administration were not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:04-JUN-2026 The Medical assistant reported via chat an excursion (that happened on 11-May-2026) for Boostrix, Engerix-B, Havrix, Menveo (1 vial) and Shingrix (PFS) vaccines and received the vaccines after the excursion and was asking if the patients need to be revaccinated. With a minimum temperature of 30-degree F, for 2 hours.
