This case involves a 55-year-old female patient who had finger was hurting and she can't keep it straight, wasn't feeling good, big rash on her back, and feeling dizzy at work after receiving influenza trivalent recombinant vaccine and Pneumococcal vaccine conj 21v (CRM197). The patient's past medical history, past drugs, vaccination(s), family history, and concomitant medications were not provided.
