third dose of Bexsero occurred due to a computer system error; Bexsero late second dose and extra third dose administered; Bexsero late second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 18-year-old male patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number LT7C with expiry date 31-OCT-2027) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Bexsero (received 1st dose on 01-OCT-2025). On 10-JUN-2026, the patient received the 3rd dose of Bexsero. On 03-JUN-2026, not applicable after receiving Bexsero and an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: Bexsero late second dose). On 10-JUN-2026, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: Bexsero late second dose and extra third dose administered). On an unknown date, the patient experienced product data entry error (Verbatim: third dose of Bexsero occurred due to a computer system error).The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long, extra dose administered and product data entry error were not applicable.
