Symptom narrative

patient moved and so, the full vaccine was not administered; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete dose administered in a 17-year-old male patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 54RR9 with expiry date 31-AUG-2028) for prophylaxis. On 10-JUN-2026, the patient received Bexsero (unknown arm). On 10-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced incomplete dose administered (Verbatim: patient moved and so, the full vaccine was not administered). The outcome of the incomplete dose administered was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:10-JUN-2026 At the time of reporting, had an incident where a vaccine was being administered but the patient moved and so, the full vaccine was not administered into the patient's arm. So, they just need further guidance on when have the patient come back and what were the recommendations. The reporter stated that the vaccine did not spill in the arm and that the rest of the vaccine that was not administered remained in the syringe.
