Symptom narrative

Normal left shoulder/upper arm pain after injection followed by over 1 week of complete left arm numbness that traveled down to fingertips. Patient was unable to push buttons on controller for more than a few minutes due to numbness in left arm. Numbness persisted for over 1 week before subsiding. No other symptoms were present during this time. Patient did not change routine nor get sick or any other vaccinations in this time frame. Currently not experiencing any similar symptoms, besides typical injection site pain, after getting dose #2/2 in the series.
