Symptom narrative

After receiving the hpv vaccines started to pass out then started with seizure like activity - grunting and blue around lips. O2 sats around 78% as started to come to transitioned to tonic clonic seizure. Quickly came to - O2 sats now 98%. Doesn't remember what happened. Realized that she had wet the exam table. Was sleepy following the event. Total time of event was no more than 2-3 min. Neuro exam reassuring after event. Will talk to neuro and get EEG. Most likely vasovagal event that transitioned to seizure due to the discomfort from the hpv vaccine. .
