Symptom narrative

Patient came to pharmacy and informed that she presented symptoms the night of the day she was vaccinated. She informed she felt fever, weakened and presented hypotension. She mentioned she took Acetaminophen 500mg and went to sleep. During next days, she experimented weakness and after four days of been vaccinated, visited the emergency room. The diagnosis was hypotension and dehydration, so they administered her normal saline IV. Patient also mentioned that her neurologist, Dr, evaluated her and tell her not to be vaccinated again. She also stated that her doctor is monitoring her blood pressure because fluctuations in her levels.
