Symptom narrative

The patient stopped by stating he was experiencing some pain, redness, and swelling at his injection site. I told him these are normal side effects to occur, but to mark the red area and if it started spreading, to contact his provider. It did start spreading down his arm and they think it might be cellulitis, so they started him on an antibiotic.
