Symptom narrative

Marked left shoulder soreness, beginning 24 hr after administration. There was no trauma event, sprain, etc., associated with the onset of soreness. Soreness persists until the present, however it has just begun to resolve as of mid-May 2026 and as of today (12 June 2026) is improved but very definitely still present. Elevating or extending the shoulder or reaching behind me is painful. Most use of the left arm in front of the body is unimpaired. There have been no treatments.
