Symptom narrative

Couldn't breathe for months I had to stop motorcycle riding the wind took my breath I am tuff and didn't do anything for a while it got so bad I had to go to the hospital they send me home multiple times until the doctor checked me good found blood clots in both lungs then little time later I got where my brain was tingling in the front upper and I couldn't walk 10 feet I stopped breathing in my sleep I feel blood veins hurting I went to hospital multiple times once again until I went to new hospital they said I had heart reduction refraction 25@% and 2 brain aneurysms coil installed in one the other is 2mm last time check now I'm on 13 pills per day I cant move or work and I'm screwed I know for a fact the vaccines cause my problems
