Symptom narrative

Patient stopped by the pharmacy after a shingles shot she received 2 days ago. Her symptoms presented this morning along with being extremely tired yesterday. She had some edema (no lump or redness) on her, what I believe is called, Supraclavicular Fossa (triangular area between neck and shoulder above the clavicle). She also had a red mark next to the injection site. I instructed her to reach out to her physician if she was concerned. Placement of the vaccine looked good. The arm at injection site looked like a typical reaction. No treatment.

Current illness

Not ill, but she has been feeling wore down due to stress lately
