Kinrix expired dose administered to a patient.; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 4-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 42Y93 with expiry date 05-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. On 08-JUN-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 08-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Kinrix expired dose administered to a patient.).
