Kinrix expired dose administered to a patient.; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 4-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 42Y93 with expiry date 05-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. On 08-JUN-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 08-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Kinrix expired dose administered to a patient.). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences.
