The reporter mentioned that the patient previously spoke with GSK and was told there was a condition associated with this did not know the name of the condition. The most recent episode was last week, and the reporter stated, mostly in the chest and arm, and then last time it was on the face, the time before that on the trunk. The reporter did not know if the patient had one or two doses of the vaccine or when it was administered, as the reporter mentioned it was not administered by him. No further details were provided. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure as details regarding completion of primary schedule, time to onset for shingles and laboratory confirmation regarding shingles were unknown at the time of reporting.
