headaches; sore joints; dizziness; kept feeling hot and cold, hot and cold; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of FEELING OF BODY TEMPERATURE CHANGE (kept feeling hot and cold, hot and cold), DIZZINESS (dizziness), HEADACHE (headaches) and ARTHRALGIA (sore joints) in a 75-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1283 (MNEXSPIKE PFS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The suspect product included Pre-filled Syringe injection for COVID-19 prophylaxis and Co-suspect product included Measles vaccine, Mumps vaccine, Rubella vaccine (Mmr) for an unknown indication. No Medical History information was reported. On 05-Jun-2026, the patient received dose of mRNA-1283 (MNEXSPIKE PFS) (Intramuscular use) .5 milliliter and dose of Measles vaccine, Mumps vaccine, Rubella vaccine (Mmr) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient started Pre-filled Syringe (unknown route) at an unspecified dose. On 05-Jun-2026, the patient experienced DIZZINESS (dizziness). On 06-Jun-2026 at 2:00 AM, the patient experienced HEADACHE (headaches) and ARTHRALGIA (sore joints). In June 2026, the patient experienced FEELING OF BODY TEMPERATURE CHANGE (kept feeling hot and cold, hot and cold). At the time of the report, FEELING OF BODY TEMPERATURE CHANGE (kept feeling hot and cold, hot and cold), DIZZINESS (dizziness), HEADACHE (headaches) and ARTHRALGIA (sore joints) had not resolved. Vaccines within the past 4 weeks, medical conditions were reported as none. Patient was in very good health. Concomitant medication was not reported. It was stated that patient was not out of bed, which was unusual for him. His dizziness started last night and his joint pain and headache started at 02:00 AM. The patient had only received Moderna. No other details provided. It was unknown if the patient experienced any additional symptoms/events.
