Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Patient was dizzy and laid down on the floor and was responsive-Mild, Additional Details: Received the vaccination at the consultation room and patient decided not to stay and left the room. Came back to the pharmacy counter in a minute and told the pharmacist that she was feeling dizzy and then sudenly lied down to the floor. Immediately went and checked the patient and patient was fully responsive and denied to get 911 emergency care.
