Inadvertent Administration of Only the Prefilled Syringe of the Liquid MenB Component of Penmenvy; Inadvertent Administration of Only the Prefilled Syringe of the Liquid MenB Component of Penmenvy; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 16-year-old female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 55ZX7 with expiry date 20-NOV-2026) for prophylaxis. On 04-JUN-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 04-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Inadvertent Administration of Only the Prefilled Syringe of the Liquid MenB Component of Penmenvy) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Inadvertent Administration of Only the Prefilled Syringe of the Liquid MenB Component of Penmenvy). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
