Symptom narrative

Patient received smallpox vaccine on March 28, and is now presenting 3 months later with acute hepatitis. AST/ALT 423/881, Alk Phos 856, coags normal, retic slightly elevated. She does not have any immunocompromising conditions or skin conditions. Very unclear if this is related to vaccination or not.
