Left arm pain, disorientation with multiple instances of loss of balance, lethargy, and occasional loss of bladder control.

Medical history

Impaired glucose tolerance, primary hypertension, mixed hyperlipidemia, gout of big toe, erectile disorder, and benign prostatic hyperplasia with weak urinary steam
