Symptom narrative

Patient was administered the HPV-his final vaccine (of the 3 given), and his eyes slowly closed, then slouched in his chair, while his forearms tightened and raised to his chest and fists clenched. He was out of it for about 15 seconds, then regained consciousness. (His mother said his older brother also has done this with his shots so it didn't surprise her.) He drank some water and sucked on some candy and sat with his mother and sister for about 15 minutes prior to leaving. He had regained all color in his face and was taking and smiling.
