Symptom narrative

Patient calling for concerns regarding reaction to the Shingrix vaccine. It was administered on Tuesday, yesterday she felt nasuea, increased heart rate and dizziness. Symptoms subsided, today she has to large red lumps on her arm, she states one is about the size of a tennis ball and feels "prickly."
