6 DAYS POST VACCINATION DEVELOPED ImmuneResponse Related to Lymphadenopathy Post COVID-19 Vaccination. Multiple lymph node lesions developed on same arm where vaccination occured and nodules noted on shoulder ( Vaccine was admistered mid-deltoid) also nodule noted near posterior base of skull.
