Symptom narrative

By the evening of vaccination patient was experiencing tiredness, slight fever, and chills. By the next morning patient was experiencing high fever, fatigue, chills, sweat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea requiring a doctor visit. Due to diabetes and chronic kidney disease the doctor advised the patient to take Tylenol and drink water with electrolytes. These side effects lasted 3-4 days. Once the side effects were resolved, he started to experience a runny nose non-stop that eventually resolved after a few months.
