On 6/15/26 pt reported to the pharmacy complaining of a rash on her shoulder. stated to have been a result of the shingles vaccine. Complained about the rash being very itchy and occurred a day after the shingrix imz administration. IMZ was administered on 6/11/26 and pt stopped by the pharmacy on 6/15/26. pt was counseled by pharmacist and recommended to use hydrocortisone on the rash and that it should resolve on its own. However, if rash started to spread or come up on other body parts to contact PCP.
