Symptom narrative

Caller reported receiving an HPV vaccine (specific product unknown) at age 17 on an unspecified date and noted experiencing multiple HPV-occurrences afterwards.; Caller reported receiving an HPV vaccine (specific product unknown) at age 17; on her left arm and stated that it has been bothering her and the injection site is swollen.; she received a dose of GARDASIL-9 on 5/10/2026 from a pharmacist at pharmacy on her left arm and stated that it has been bothering her; Patient is also experiencing hot flashes.; This spontaneous report was received from a consumer or other non-health professional and refers to a 38-year-old female patient. The patient's concurrent conditions included degenerative arthritis in the back, fibromyalgia, HPV, drug allergy to Acetaminophen, and drug allergy to Penicillin. Historical drugs included Benzylpenicillin (PENICILLIN), and acetaminophene. Medical history was not reported. Concomitant medications included Gabapentine, Buprenorphine hydrochloride (+) Naloxone hydrochloride (SUBOXONE) and Xanas. On an unspecified date in 2004, at the age of 17, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant or quadrivalent human papillomavirus (types 6,11,16,18) recomb. vaccine (manufacturer unknown) (product origin unknown). Afterwards, the patient experienced multiple HPV-occurrences (HPV infection). On an unknown date in January 2026, blood test showed liver was inflamed or might have hepatitis C. On 10-May-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), administered in the left arm for immunization (dose, lot #, expiration date and route of administration were not reported). On an unknown date in May 2026, the patient experienced left arm discomfort and injection site swelling (vaccination site discomfort, vaccination site swelling). She also experienced hot flashes. At the reporting time, the patient had not recovered from the events. The causal relationship between the event and Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant was not provided.
