Myalgia 8 days post-vaccination; hard for her to lift her arm up; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of injection site muscle pain in a 17-year-old female patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 29HS7 with expiry date 31-MAR-2029) for prophylaxis. On 02-JUN-2026, the patient received Bexsero. In JUN-2026, less than 2 weeks after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced injection site muscle pain (Verbatim: Myalgia 8 days post-vaccination) and injected limb mobility decreased (Verbatim: hard for her to lift her arm up). The outcome of the injection site muscle pain and injected limb mobility decreased were not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the injection site muscle pain and injected limb mobility decreased to be related to Bexsero and Bexsero Pre-Filled Syringe Device. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 10-JUN-2026 The patient received the vaccine 8 days ago to a patient, and the patient came in today because she hasd continued arm soreness right at the injection site. The physician wanted to know if this was a common reaction, as they have not had patients report this before and were not used to providing anticipatory guidance on this reaction. The physician stated that she had not having pain, she was having like muscle soreness, and it was hard for her to lift her arm up. No further details were provided. The reporter consented to follow up.
