Symptom narrative

acute decompensation of: left peripheral vestibulopathy of uncertain etiology with episodic decompensation. Symptoms were vertigo, nausea. Symptoms persisted for 3 days with slow abatement over time. Please note that vestibulopathy began between the time of previous COVID vax about 18 months earlier and current COVID vax that is the subject of the present report.
