Normal BM at 1000, vaccine administer at 1030 (mNEXSPIKE and mRESVIA), dizzy/lightheaded at approximately 1230, significant blood loss/clots with BM at 1230, transferred to hospital (name and location withheld), received transfusion, ICD-10-CM: K62.5 BRBPR(bright red blood per rectum)
