Co-suspect products included COVID-19 vaccine for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingrix and COVID-19 vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix and an unknown time after receiving COVID-19 vaccine, the patient experienced death (Verbatim: death) (serious criteria death and GSK medically significant), vaccination failure (Verbatim: suspected vaccination Failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant) and shingles (Verbatim: Shingles). The outcome of the vaccination failure was not reported and the outcome of the shingles was unknown. The reported cause of death was death. As her/his sister got the Shingrix shot and she suffered with shingles and when she got the covid shot she died in months. The batch number was not provided and unable to contact the reporter.
