Symptom narrative

Right arm swelling , some diarrhea and fever after pneumoccocal vaccine, per pt report. Upon inspection arm was a little swollen.

Rosuvastatin 5mg once daily, Metformin 500mg twice daily with food,

No known drug allergies for food or medications

Lab data

Pt did not have medical tests, but did have a follow up on 6/16/2026 at the primary care due to side effects from the PCV 20 vaccine on 06/12/2026
