Patient was given 3 vaccines and advised to wait , seated in the clinic for 15 minutes. Around 8 minutes, patient said he started feeling nauseous, attempted to get up to go to the sink, and passed out. Was only unconscious for several seconds. RN team checked on patient today and he is feeling much better.
