53 y.o. female is presenting to the clinic w/ c/o of a reaction to the pneumoccal vaccine. Pt reports Sx of , migraine x 2 d, extreme body aches, redness which extends to her shoulder and into her armpit. Pt denies any SOB or swelling in airway. Pt received her vaccine on 6-12-26. No reactions to other vaccines in the past. Had migraines in the past but never lasting for more than one day
