Symptom narrative

Patients mother states same day patient got very red , and had a lump where vaccine was administered , and was a rash type , and very hot to touch , and rash began to grow , and grow . Rash was itchy , and severely swollen . One giant lump , and speckles like just kept growing larger , and larger . Severe Nausea as well .
