Symptom narrative

received Shingrix in 2022 and ordered another set today; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) solution for injection for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose in 2022). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received Shingrix in 2022 and ordered another set today). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
