Incomplete course of vaccination

have not received 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive HAB (Twinrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (received first dose on 17-DEC-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: have not received 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 15-JUN-2026 Pharmacist called in and reported that a patient received 1st dose on Twinrix and did not receive second dose till the time of reporting.
