The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. The suspect product included Pre-filled Syringe injection for COVID-19 prophylaxis. Previously administered products included for COVID-19 prophylaxis: Moderna (never had any reaction from her previous shots with Moderna/ she never had these side effects before). Past adverse reactions to the above products included No adverse effect with Moderna. Concurrent medical conditions included Blood pressure high (taking medications) and Cholesterol serum elevated (taking medications). On 10-Jun-2026, the patient received dose of mRNA-1283 (MNEXSPIKE PFS) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient started Pre-filled Syringe (unknown route) at an unspecified dose. On 11-Jun-2026, the patient experienced PAIN (With body aches), LETHARGY (Very lethargic), HYPERHIDROSIS (Sweating when she woke up), FEELING COLD (Had chills with freezing feeling or feeling so cold), VACCINATION SITE PAIN (Woke up ''achy'' this morning with her left arm after sleeping on it and decided to put a heating pad on it but realized it was her injection site), FATIGUE (Fatigue), PYREXIA (might had a 1 and a half degree of temperature) and CHILLS (Had chills with freezing feeling or feeling so cold). On 11-Jun-2026, CHILLS (Had chills with freezing feeling or feeling so cold) had resolved. At the time of the report, PAIN (With body aches), LETHARGY (Very lethargic), HYPERHIDROSIS (Sweating when she woke up), FEELING COLD (Had chills with freezing feeling or feeling so cold), VACCINATION SITE PAIN (Woke up ''achy'' this morning with her left arm after sleeping on it and decided to put a heating pad on it but realized it was her injection site), FATIGUE (Fatigue) and PYREXIA (might had a 1 and a half degree of temperature) was resolving. DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS (normal ranges are provided in parenthesis if available): On 11-Jun-2026, Body temperature: might had a 1 and a half degree of temperature. The patient was taking concomitant medications for high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol. The patient had no vaccines within the past 4 weeks. NDC code was vaccine of 80777-0400-60. The reporter could not confirm if 0.2ml but based on the NDC number, it did say 0.2ml. The patient experienced side effects following vaccination with mNEXSPIKE- the patient woke up ''achy'' in the morning of 11-Jun-2026 and decided to put a heating pad on it but realized it was her injection site so she took it off but reapplied the heating pad on the neck. She was very lethargic, with body aches and fatigue but she saw these as normal as per the material she read from the one provided to her from the pharmacy, which she also looked up on Moderna's website. The patient might have had a 1 and a half degree of temperature which to her it was not serious. She did not have vomiting, but she took a couple of Tylenol and went back to sleep which was already 4-5 hours since. The reporter wanted to know what she should take that was stronger than Tylenol. The reporter was told never to take any medicines post vaccination such as Advil or any anti-inflammatories because it would interfere with the vaccine so she had to let the immune system be immune or gave time to help build up the immunity, as per the HCP of the vaccination site where she had her first shot. The patient had no headache, no redness in the injection site and it did not feel hot nor warm, and no firmness. She had no chills anymore. She was a little better right now but was still achy but did not feel like running a marathon. She was pretty cautious, usually very busy, was usually very energetic, not a sickly person, and could do pretty much anything she wanted, and right now, she wanted to feel normal again. The patient did not experience any additional symptoms/events.
Blood pressure high (taking medications); Cholesterol serum elevated (taking medications)
