A 19-month-old female patient received meningococcal group b Rlp2086 (TRUMENBA), in May2026 as dose number unknown, 0.5 ml single (Lot number: LW8910, Expiration Date: Dec2026) at the age of 19 months intramuscular for immunisation, Device Lot Number: LW8910, Device Expiration Date: Dec2026. The patient's relevant medical history included: "constipation" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: GLYCOLAX taken for constipation. The following information was reported: PRODUCT ADMINISTERED TO PATIENT OF INAPPROPRIATE AGE (non-serious) with onset May2026, outcome "unknown", described as "immunization given in error to a 19 month old"; VOMITING (non-serious) with onset May2026, outcome "recovered" (2026), described as "vomiting day after"; VIRAL INFECTION (non-serious) with onset 2026, outcome "recovered" (2026), described as "viral illness".
