vomiting day after; immunization given in error to a 19 month old; viral illness; This is a spontaneous report and received from Other HCPs. A 19-month-old female patient received meningococcal group b Rlp2086 (TRUMENBA), in May2026 as dose number unknown, 0.5 ml single (Lot number: LW8910, Expiration Date: Dec2026) at the age of 19 months intramuscular for immunisation, Device Lot Number: LW8910, Device Expiration Date: Dec2026. The patient's relevant medical history included: "constipation" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: GLYCOLAX taken for constipation. The following information was reported: PRODUCT ADMINISTERED TO PATIENT OF INAPPROPRIATE AGE (non-serious) with onset May2026, outcome "unknown", described as "immunization given in error to a 19 month old"; VOMITING (non-serious) with onset May2026, outcome "recovered" (2026), described as "vomiting day after"; VIRAL INFECTION (non-serious) with onset 2026, outcome "recovered" (2026), described as "viral illness". The event "vomiting day after" required physician office visit. The event "viral illness" required physician office visit and emergency room visit. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vomiting, viral infection. Additional information: had an immunization given in error to a 19-month-old, the patient was given Trumenba. Reporter was asking what she needs to do for the patient and stated the patient was given Trumenba in error on their end. As of 15Jun2026, it was reported that the patient experienced vomiting day after. Developed viral illness 2 weeks after. The patient received supportive care for both events.
