An 80-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 01Mar2021 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: BNT162b2 (DOSE 1, SINGLE), administration date: 08Feb2021, for Covid-19 immunization, reaction(s): "constant pain in her left shoulder down to her elbows". The following information was reported: ARTHRALGIA (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "constant pain in her left shoulder down to her elbows". Additional information: Nurse called as she heard something about Covid on TV but it was over before she caught on it. Wondering if we knew anything about it and wondering if we knew what was going on. Afterwards, added that she was having constant pain in her left shoulder down to her elbows and blamed it on the Covid shot, she had 2 shots in her left arm.
