Symptom narrative

Patient reported tingling starting under the chin on 06/12, then spread to back of the neck and into the hair line on the right side. She said she suffered from a stiff neck, headache and feeling tired. She saw her doctor on 06/17/26 and was diagnosed with shingles. Was prescribed Gabapentin at night for shingles pain and either valcyclovir or acyclovir (dr was working with insurance to see which was covered)
