Reported Symptoms: 10037844:RASH; Narrative: 77-year-old patient was administered the Fluad vaccine in his primary care clinic 2/19/26 by RN. The patient then presented to the ED on 2/24/26 with a bilateral periorbital rash. The rash was described as dry, erythematous, and blanching. The patient did report the rash was itchy. The patient was discharged from the ED in stable condition with a topical corticosteroid cream (hydrocortisone 1%), cetirizine, and PRN diphenhydramine. The patient was contacted via phone by RN the following day (2/25/26) and he reported that the rash was resolving and itching had completely stopped since starting the hydrocortisone cream/cetirizine.
