Symptom narrative

The patient reported that the Bexsero vaccination she received a week ago Tuesday made her ill. She believes the vaccine was given too high, up by her shoulder bone. She then swelled down to her fingertips, and the injection site was very red and hot. She also mentioned that she ached and hurt so bad that she couldn?t get out of bed and couldn?t eat for two days. The swelling went down after the second day, and she reported that she?s just about back to baseline. The patient reported no fever following injection. However, she is still congested in the lungs and coughing up phlegm. She notified her doctor at her TPE center, and she missed one treatment due to the reaction following the vaccination. This patient stated this was her 6th vaccination, and she never got ill with any other vaccines previously.
