Symptom narrative

Patient presented to pharmacy 6/18/26 11:25AM due to reaction to vaccine. Patient has bruising and red area around the injection site. Area was warm to the touch. Patient reports that arm has been very sore and she has had some pain from injection in which she has been taking Tylenol for pain and using cold compress on area.
